Hubbard County Jail Mugshots

Some fields can be blank. Public roster text does not expose Social Security numbers, home addresses, medical details, mental-health information, victim data, or investigative narratives. That is normal for a public jail roster and should not be treated as a sign that a person has no fuller agency record. Hubbard County Mugshot Law
Minnesota's key booking-photo rule is Minn. Stat. 13.82, subd. 26. It defines a booking photograph as a photograph or electronic image taken by law enforcement for identification in connection with an arrest. The statute states that, except as otherwise provided in that subdivision, a booking photograph is public data. The same subdivision allows a law enforcement agency to temporarily withhold access if the agency determines that access would adversely affect an active investigation.

Active Investigation Withholding
Active-investigation withholding is a limited reason to deny or delay access to a booking photograph. It does not mean all Hubbard County jail mugshots are secret. Corrections and detention data may be protected if release would reveal medical, psychological, or financial information, or if disclosure would endanger a person.

The county did not publish a fixed photo-retention window in the research file. Do not assume a released person's image stays online for a set number of hours or days. A current roster profile may disappear after release, transfer, or status change, while the underlying jail or law enforcement record may still exist under Minnesota records rules.
Request Hubbard County Booking Photos
If the ProPhoenix image link is missing, the person is no longer listed, or a copy is needed from the originating agency, use the Hubbard County Data Practices request page or the sheriff Records office. The sheriff Records page says records staff maintain initial, investigative, and criminal files for the Sheriff's Office and Jail. Ask for a "booking photograph" and give enough detail to locate the correct booking. Mugshots After Release
Hubbard County did not publish a rule stating how long a booking photo remains visible after release. A photo attached to a current inmate profile may stop being visible when the roster no longer shows the person. That is different from legal removal or record sealing. A booking photo can be offline from the roster while the agency still retains records subject to public-data rules, redactions, and retention schedules.
Dismissal, acquittal, or case closure does not automatically erase every public reference to an arrest. Minnesota expungement law provides specific routes for eligible records.
